The bright and spacious dining room with double French Doors over looking the landscaped gardens, is open for breakfast until 10am each morning.
Our extensive Breakfast buffet includes a selection of fresh Juices,
individual packed Cereals, Yoghurts and a range of Home-made Breads.
Traditional Irish Breakfast is prepared using only the finest produce including Award winning 'Barry Johns' Pork Sausages*, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Clonakilty Puddings, Butter fried Button Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes and Free Range Eggs.
For something a little different guest can also choose from other cooked options
including Eggs Benedict on Sautéed Spinach, Beech Smoked Atlantic Kippers or
Vegetarian Cooked Breakfast. Individual Cafetières of Coffee and a range of Traditional and Herbals Teas are also served.

Casual dining is available every evening in our Dining Room, and our À la Carte menu offers the best of home cooking using only the freshest available ingredients. Please note that it is essential to make a dinner reservation in advance of your stay.
Room service is also available on request.
